REQUESTS FOR CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE
Alliant Insurance has implemented a change to its process to produce certificates.
While the Trust and Alliant recognize sometimes members receive requests for certificates last minute, providing ample notice can assure you that the certificate will be produced and forwarded to the certificate holder timely.
To produce the certificate the following documents are NOW required:
Certificate request form (linked below).
Agreement/contract between the school and lender/contractor/facility to be used
Other related documents e.g. Schedule A

Alliant Insurance will produce all annual renewal certificates and forward to the certificate holder’s address provided at the time of the certificate request. If the certificate holder changes its address, please notify MSMA immediately.
