In May of 2013 the MSBA Board of Directors and Executive Staff participated in a two day facilitated strategic planning retreat designed to ensure a dynamic organization as we move through the 21st century.
Discussion included information on High Performing Board, 21st Century Service and Leadership, as well as a review of the MSBA purpose and mission. A Strategic Plan encompassing four key theme areas was developed with following goals and performance indicators.
The group assembled again in May of 2014 and March of 2016 to assess progress made on the plan and reach consensus on ideas for moving ahead.
