Qualifications:

  1. Experience with school operations

  2. Excellent communicator

  3. Working knowledge of PreK-12 curriculum and instruction

  4. Understanding of standardized and performance-based assessment

  5. A record of improving educational programs for academic excellence

Bonny Eagle School District seeks an outstanding administrator to fill the position of Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations.  The responsibilities of this position include the development and oversight of the business affairs and budget, transportation, facilities, food service, and technology departments for one of Maine's largest school districts.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Educational Administration, expertise in the area of Business Management, and Maine State certification.  Knowledge of school finance and the budget development process are essential.  Familiarity with Maine school law and personnel management is required.
